The magnificent LNER Community Stadium, which has a capacity of 8,500, opened its doors and held its first fixture in May 2021.

York Stadium Management Company is responsible for the smooth-running of match day operations which includes all aspects of Health and Safety compliance including medical provision and stewarding services.

We are also responsible for the processing of tickets for all events at the Stadium and abide by the ethos of: “Buy Online, Buy Early.” You can purchase your Thermal tickets from the Main Office located in the York FC Club shop or buy an E-Ticket online.

Our strategy is founded on the pursuit of delivering operational excellence at the LNER Community Stadium. We do this by listening and responding to feedback from stakeholders and visitors. We are continuing to grow and evolve our offering and services to best meet visitors’ needs whilst working closely with our stakeholders and partners.
