New Ticketing System Implemented at the LNER Community Stadium

York Stadium Management company is delighted to announce the launch of a new ticketing system provided by Future ticketing.

From this week onwards, York RLFC 2024 Season Tickets, as well as forthcoming Leeds United U21 fixtures to be hosted at the LNER Community Stadium, have gone live on the system with all future matches hosted at the stadium to be provided from this platform too.

Future Ticketing provide a forward-thinking solution to enhance the digital experience of supporters’ seamless ticketing journey. York SMC has had exceptional support from the Future Ticketing team during the implementation phase and initial feedback from users has been outstanding - in terms of both the customer journey and significantly enhanced back-office reporting capabilities.

A Digital Ticketing Guide can be found HERE which provides a practical insight in what to expect when buying tickets moving forward.  Ordering, payment and downloading your tickets (into a club bespoke app and into your Apple or Google wallet) could not be simpler with everything you need at your fingertips.

A transition to the new service provider for York City Football Club’s Match Day and Season Tickets is also planned, with details to be announced by the club in due course.
