England Men’s Rugby Open Training - what to know on the day

Thank you for booking your ticket to see the England Men's Rugby team training at the LNER York Community Stadium. We are looking forward to welcoming you to this exciting event!

We would like to confirm the following details on the day to make your arrival as seamless as possible.

Due to the sell out numbers, we would ask that all ticket holders get to the Stadium as early as possible. Traffic around the Stadium will be heavy and delays are to be expected.

Park & Ride Car Park: Opens 07:30.

If you have purchased a parking ticket, please present this to a parking steward. If you need to buy a parking ticket, please speak to one of the stewards who will process a ticket for you. £5 per vehicle.

Coach Parking:

Please park on the road behind the West Stand (Kathryn Avenue, YO32 9AF)

Turnstiles:

Open at 08:30

School Group Bookings Entrance:

West Stand, Turnstiles 13-18

All other Group Bookings Entrance:

East Stand, Turnstiles 7-9

Hospitality Tickets

Please come to the main atrium and collect your tickets and wristbands from the hospitality stand.

Concessions / Food & Drink:

Alcohol will be served at the East Stand concession only (from 10:00, turnstiles 7-9). All remaining concession stands will serve hot and cold soft drinks, confectionary and snacks.

School groups may bring packed lunches.

Bag Checks:

We will be checking all bags on entry as standard. It is advised that bags are kept to a minimum and are no larger than an A4 sized sheet of paper.

Unallocated Seating:

This event has no seat allocations and the Stadium is expected to be at capacity (8,500 seats). Therefore, we would ask all those attending to be courteous to others and avoid leaving gaps in seating etc.

Event Time:

The event will start at 10:00 and finish around 12noon.
